All products are hand crafted using traditional baking skills

Long fermentation processes of between 12 and 24 hours are used, ensuring full dough development with minimal yeast content

Recipes are developed in-house from scratch and we use no pre-mixes

Bread in 400g, 800g and 1600g sizes in both tin and cob shapes, sliced and unsliced

Our rolls come in 40g (dinner roll), 60g, 80g and 100g in both round and finger shapes

Cakes - our cake range aims to be as close as home baked as possible. Baked in small batches to domestic recipes there are no nasties in there. Although more expensive, we only use fresh butter and fresh shelled eggs, all organic of course.
