New Upgraded Spelt Bread Range
Using spelt flour grown at Gilchester Organics in Northumberland. We are getting more consistent results using this spelt flour. A lovely nutty tasting bread made from this ancient wheat flour. We are finding several customers who although wheat intolerant are able to eat this spelt bread quite happily. This is due to it different genetic make up to modern wheat flours.
Our range includes 80g rolls, 400g and 800g loaves and sliced 800g loaves.
